Initial Visit
GSS will schedule an initial visit at your site to discuss your needs, requirements, and current situation relative to the potential project.
Discovery Phase
Especially in complex and/or highly technical projects, it is not unusual for GSS and the client organization to engage in a discovery phase that may require information sharing prior to proposal preparation. Information such as company demographics, organizational structure, current performance measures, and related operational
information may be requested in order to ensure an appropriately scoped project proposal.
Project Proposal
Based on the initial visit and the subsequent discovery phase, GSS will provide a comprehensive proposal outlining the nature, scope, timelines, and associated costs of the project. In many cases, unless the project requires an extensive investment of GSS resources in discovery or proposal preparation, the vist, discovery, and proposal are completed without charge (U.S. sites only).
